Cancellation and prepayment policies:

Flexible - 5 days (General)

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
• Booking.com will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before free cancellation ends.

Non-refundable (Non Refundable)

• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
• The property will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest at the time of booking.

No Breakfast (Non Refundable)

• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
• The Breakfast is not included.

Modification and cancellation exceptions:

Date changes for non-refundable bookings:

Guests can only reschedule once, for the same or higher price, and for the same booking conditions and room type. Date changes are based on our real-time availability, prices and restrictions.

Children & extra beds:

Child policies

• Children are not allowed.

Extra bed & cot options:

No extra bed or cot are allowed

Internet, parking and pets:

Internet

• WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

• You have free spots in front of the Hostel, where you can park for free( if you have availability)
• There´s a car parking, 100meters from the Hostel, that cost 6€/day

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00

Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00

Guest address details

• Our guests must provide their address details when they book

Guest phone number

• Our guests must provide a phone number when they book

Age limit

• Age over 17 years old.

SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.

Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.

Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.

Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
